hip/groin pain

do you normally code hip/groin pain as one, or do you code them separate? ex patient comes in for bone scan for "hip/groin pain post hip replacement." as far as the pain goes, would you just use 719.45, or 789.09 also? It sounds like they're talking about the same region so I'm just not 100% sure and am new to this.
