oxygen therapy

We had a patient in a few days ago that was going to undergo a Laser treatment, which is cosmetic (not covered by insurance). While the patient was preparing for the treatment, she began to hyperventilate and complained of her limbs losing feeling. So, we immediately began emergency procedures on the patient. She was given oxygen through a mask from an oxygen tank, we attached 3 leads for the EKG-- which we then monitored, and began monitoring her blood pressure and oxygen saturation. Does 99191 fit the description (of all but the oximetry, which is 94761)? I'm not sure if this is what that was or not, or if we can even charge for it.

Thanks!
