Modifiers

I do the billing for a pain management office and I am totally confused on which modifier to use on procedures.....

27096 and 62311 WITH FLUROSCOPY and 20551

64413 and 64412 with 20551

20551 x4

Can someone please help? I don't know whether to use 76, 59, 51 or what!!!
