Hip Fracture

The patient had previously underwent a right hip hemiarthroplasty and then suffered a Vancouver B2 peri-prosthetic hip fracture. Procedure: Revision of hip hemi-arthroplasty AND ORIF of Right femur.
Is there a code for revision of hemiarthros? Do I code 27134 & 27236??
