Takedown of a gastric wrap

We have a patient who had an eroded lap band removed, but the supporting wrap wasn't taken down at the time and is in place today. The band eroded within a year or so of placement. My question, what would I use for a code so we can laparoscopically take the wrap down to evaluate her anatomy for the potential for a gastric sleeve? Additionally, what diagnoisis would justify this? I've spent a day and a half researching this, I think I've reached the end of my options. Help!
