OB/GYN Diagnostic laproscopy turned enterolysis

Our OB/GYN was performing a diagnostic laproscopy for Dysmenorrhea and pelvic pain. Once he was able to visualize the area he found small adhesions involving the ascending colon and right abdominal sidewall. Therefore, he performed entrolysis. I am confused if I should code this with the CPT® 44180 with the DX 568.0 or 58660 and DX 568.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
