Nuclear test coding

Patient comes in for a Nuclear test to be done in the office. Office owns the machine, tech does the drug injection, and stress test is preformed. Supervising doctor is not interpreting the report. Report is read by another doctor. Does the drug injection gets billed under the interpreting doctor or the supervising doctor?
