When doing Doctor's billing for hospital admission and visits
what will be the rule when the patient was admitted on 9/29/14
days care 9/30/2014 then days care 10/1/2014 thru 10/5/2014
discharge on 10/6/2014


How will I do dx codes

our Medicaid program (MI) states to use all ICD 9, is this going to be
the rule across the insurance board -- if it starts in Sept then end with
ICD 9 ????

Up to Sept 30, 2014= ICD-9 diagnosis codes
Oct 1 and after= ICD-10 codes, date of service
