anesthesia billing

I was give a charge to enter with just one anesthesiologist...no crna at all...he has one px start time of 736am-806am another 741-803am...there overlapping...I thought an anesthesiologist who is performing the svc as to be in the room all the time...seems like he is bouncing around billing with an AA code..is this legal in NJ..it does not look right
