left thumb trigger point injection CPT® 20552 -FA, HCPCS J1030 - does HCPCS get FA modifier as well or do I code both codes with -LT?

The J1030 does not get any modifier, only the 20552.

do I use the LT or FA modifier

You would use the digit modifier (FA).
