Billiing Medicare for patient who is DEAF

Do you know of any special coding CPT® and or Modifier, that you can be billed for a Medicare patient who is DEAF. Provider spends extra time with patient.

I did call Medicare and was told we can bill for the time as long as it's documented and the e/m level meets the requirements.
