how do you code" Loose Nuchal Cord" ICD-9?

I have look for this ICD-9 code and can't find it anywhere, I thought is was the same as prolapsed umbilical cord, but my research shows it not the same, please help?

Nuchal cord (the cord is usually wrapped around neck, not just behind the neck) should be assigned code 663.3X

Thanks.. but I thought it meant anothe code since it state"Loose nuchal Cord."

So loose nuchal cord is the same as tight nuchal cord? Otherwise regular nuchal cord, I would've coded that, but wasn't sure if it was the same. Thanks!
