Billing Proc Code 26615

Hi Good Morning

I do need your help in re billing the Proc Code 26615 4th digit and 5th digit to
Caresource Insurance . Please let me know what modifiers I should be using to bill both Procedures.

you need to start be determining which hand R/L, then there is a list of modifiers per hand in the HCPCS Level II National Codes (current book p80-1)
If helpful, make a sticky note and put in the section for hand/finger procedures until you remember them :) You may need a mod-51 to the second finger (mod-51 before finger mod)
