Colonoscopy
If you search the word "preventive" in Codapedia, you'll find an article on preventive services for Medicare patients. You can download CMS's quick reference guide. It says screening colonoscopy starts at age 50: which is in line with the USPTF recommendation.
For a diagnostic colonoscopy, performed for a specific, medically necessary reason, of course, age doesn't matter.
