Twin Non Stress Testing

We have recently been recieving denials from BCBSIL for the second twin NST which we bill at 59025-with a 59 modifier. Previously we were being reimbursed when billed this way. Is anyone else having this problem, and if so, have you found a remedy? Thanks in advance for any help.
