The dr. performed the following procedures: Bilateral lower extremity run off, third order injection x2 of the left lower extremity with selective injection in the posterior tibial and peroneal tibial trunk on the left via right femoral approach, second order injection of the right common femoral artery via the left femoral approach, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty of the posterior tibial vessel, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty of the peroneal vessel both on the left, excision atherectomy of the right common femoral artery, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty with cutting balloon therapy of the right common femoral artery, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty of the left distal superficial femoral artery.
