Direct Anterior Aortic Puncture

I have never before seen this approach, but, yes one of the vascular surgeons directly accessed an abdominal aneurysm ANTERIORLY! Does anyone have any advice on coding this? He also embolized an endoleak. The reason he chose this access was prior failed attempts to reach the aorta via the iliacs.
