Incision and Drainage Perirectal Abscess

My boss indicated that he performed a 10060 on a patient for a perirectal abscess. I do not believe that this is the correct CPT® code. I inquired on the Medicare website CPT® code to ICD 9 and had no success. I researched and found code CPT® 46040 and used ICD9 of 566. My provider said to use this CPT® code. The POS is office. I am concerned that this is not the correct CPT® code. Please provide me, if this is not correct, with the correct CPT® code. Thank you

This procedure code has a 475.00 reimbursement. Are you sure it can be done in the office?
