99213-Denied as Global
When 99213 billed together with 94010 and 94760, the 94010 is paid and 99213 is denied as global. can we bill 99213 with MOD 25. and the DX is 493.92

Yes, you can bill 99213 with Modifier 25 if a separate identifiable E&M service is performed.
