CPT® Question

What CPT® code would be used for: Examination of KUB. No prior film. Clinical Symptoms: Check catheter placement for patient with ESRD on peritoneal dialysis.
IMPRESSION:
(1) Peritonarel dialysis tip in low right pelviv.
(2) Degenerative change bony structures.
(3) Prior operative reduction and fixation of right hip fracture with pin and plate in place.
(4) Gas consistent with constipation.

I am on Diagnostic Radiology this week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
