99223-25 inclusive with 33210

Medicare says that CPT® 99223-25 is inclusive with primary procedure code 33210 billed on the same day. Can someone please advice what i should do on this?

Make sure you are not in the global of any other procedures that would require a 24 modifier as well, and if not appeal to carrier with notes so show the reason they should not be bundled.
