Blood Draw During Infusion

Hello. Although I don't see 36415 bundled to 96360 or 96365 I am thinking they shouldn't be billed together. My Peds Endocrine practice performs growth hormone stimulation tests. They use 96365 to infuse the drug and 96360 and 96361 for the hydration....which takes up most of the time. 5 blood samples are drawn through the infusing IV. I was wondering if 36415 could be billed but I am leaning towards no.
