If a CRNA leaves the group and a new one is hired, are we able to bill under the old CRNA as a locum tenen?

The CRNA needs to be on extended leave, such as vacation, maternity, etc... they do have to bill with both providers on the claim. If your provider has left the practice, you cannot bill locum tenen.
