Global period for Mohs surgery

Is there a list that I can obtain that shows the global period for different procedure performed. We are having trouble billing out 17311 etc. with or without the 79 modifier. Could someone send of list of the different Dermatology Procedures 17000, 11100, 99213 etc. and the corresponding global days after which to bill out the 17311? 17311, 17312, 17313, 17314 and 17315 have 0 post op days, this would be if the wound was left to heal by second intent. If the wound was repaired with a flap or adj tissue transfer, or a graft there would be a 90 day post op period which begins the day before surgery/day of surgery and 90 days after. I have a listing of all the derm codes/post op days if you can provide a fax.

It will be much appreciated if you could provide the global days for Dermatological codes within a period of coding for 17311 etc.

11000 has 0 global days
17000 has 10 global days

It is not possible to answer the modifier question (ex, 78, 79, or 58), with information submitted.
