Enterolysis and Hernia Repair

How do I get my physician paid for a surgery consisting of extensive adhesiolysis and an incarcerated incisional hernia? It seems that all the CCI edits include the hernia repair with the enterolysis. Which would be the best code to use to get my physician paid for the extensive amount of time it took to perform this surgery?
