MCR denying this procedure for invalid modifier. we are using 50 modifier with 1 units along with E/M service 25 modifier. can any one guide this....

This is from an article I just found online: Medicare only: Bill with one unit of service regardless of whether the service was for one or two ears, and no modifier 50 or RT/LT.
