hOW TO CODE THIS WITH THE 4X4 DRESSING NON STERILE STICK PAD

The patient has a 2 cm laceration noted to the Right Supra-orbital area. The wound was clean with sterile water and betadine. The wound was anesthesized with 3 cc's of Lidocaine 1% soultion. The wound was explored and no debris or foreign bodies noted. The patient's wound edges were approximated well with 4 (4-0) Prolene sutures. The wound was cleaned with sterile water, Sterile non-stick pad place, and 4x4 dressing and bulky padding applied.
