Septorhinoplasty***

Patient's insurance has denied coverage for procedure code 30420 (septorhinoplasty) stating it will not help improve patient's function. The surgeon has asked to try and obtain authorization with these codes: 30520 (septoplasty); 30435 (osteotomies); and 30140 (turbinate resection), is it possible to use this combination of codes for a septorhinoplasty? (diagnosis 470; 478.19; 738.0) Thanks, hope i could get some insight on this.
