58661 and 58660

Is there anyway I can bill this two codes together and get paid for both!?!?

No, the "separate procedure" designation means if lysis was performed in connection with removal of adnexal structures, only code 58661 is billed.

That's what I thought...I just wanted to make sure there wasn't away around only being able to be the one code!
