Diep flap
A breast reconstruction patient is going to have a DIEP flap, for which I was instructed to use procedure code 19364. We are trying to precert it and Keystone/BS is telling us to use S2068. I NEVER bill with "letter" codes. What is that and can we use it??? They are telling us 19364 is wrong for a DIEP flap. Help!!!
