CPT® code for arthroscopic remplissage

I have a doctor that coded this surgery as an arthroscopic Bankart repair with remplissage. I coded the Bankart as 29806 and the remplissage as 29999 as both the doctor and I felt that there was no code for this and was the equivalent of 29827 in work. I got a denial from the insurance company after doing an appeal and they state that there is a specific CPT® code which corresponds to the service described and wants me to submit a corrected claim. I have looked everywhere and all points to 29999. Any help would be appreciated

I, too, am seeking guidance on this very same question. Should I use CPT® 29999 for the arthroscopic shoulder remplissage? If not, is there a better code? Is the procedure considered inclusive to the arthroscopic Bankart procedure, CPT® 29806?
