80100 and 80101
Confused: Why am I getting denials when I use 80100 and 80101 together? Is there a modifier that I should be using? Can you even bill these two codes together?
Thank you.
re: 80100 and 80101
For Medicare: test code G0431 is a direct replacement for CPT® Code 80101. Effective April 1, 2010, CPT® Code 80101 will no longer be covered by Medicare, and CPT® Code 80101QW will be deleted.
