ICD-10-PCS: Coding repairs of wounds following simple skin excisions

I hope you can assist me with this as I've spent hours trying to find the following information
in ICD-10-PCS guidelines and elsewhere

Case: Moles, right thigh, and left chest
I coded D22.71, D22.5, 0HBHXZZ, 0HB5XZZ

BUT... I cannot find anywhere that if the surgeon sutures or repairs the sites where the simple
lesion was excised whether this is included in the procedure for the excision and not coded separately?
