Port Flush

We have had some inquiries from people who are "Snow Birds" and just require that their ports be flushed during the winter. They are not actual "patients" in that they do not want to schedule an appointment with our doctor. They only want to have their ports flushed. Can we do that without the doctor seeing and establashing them as a patient? Thank you.

From a liability standpoint, they at least need a new patient visit to establish care and inititate a medical record. The doctor can determine how extensive.
