Long Term Care Billing

Hi, this site is great! I have been browsing, but I wanted to know if there is a site for long term care or do you offer some expertise in long term care?

I have one issue that I must find. Are finger sticks billable in any setting? Do you in the physician's office bill? I am trying to find out if it is billable in LTC setting.
