Changes to the CPT® Codes for Psych and Psych Services
Where can I get some training on the E&M codes 99201-99205 and 99211-99215? Also training on documenation requirements for the add on codes, 90833, 90836, 90838?

That depends on your location. I would go to your local medicare carrier or you can try the E&M University website. They teach the basics there and quiz you. As far as for Psych, I can only recommend going to your provider's Society for answers.
