CPT® for DIEP flap for breast reconstruction

I know 19364 is the code for DIEP for breast reconstruction.

I heard rumors that one should also code for dissection of superficial inferior epigastric vessels and rib resection (if they were done). Is this correct? Thanks!

19364 (Breast reconstruction with free flap). Per CPT® guidelines:Includes the following: Elevation and transfer of flap; Closure of donor site;Breast contouring;
Microvascular transfer (identification, exploration, transfer and anastomosis of vessels); and rib resection.
