billing multiple e/m

when a patient comes to the clinic for a well women exam and has an additional items to address such as numerous sexual partners unprotected, the need for plan b, possible std's. would this be an additional e/m code for example a 99395 and a 99213?

In dealing with the other issues that were addressed -If the patient was having symptoms due to numerous sexual encounters the doctor may want to order labwork. If this information was revealed as part of getting a history of activity I believe this would just be considered part of the well woman visit. Unless you have separately identifiable information which requires an additional work up, you can only bill the preventative code. When the lab results come back and the patient requires counseling and any type of treatment, you can bill a sick E/M
visit for the follow up dos.
