33213 Modifier????
Our surgeon assisted another. We have always used modifer 80 with this no problem. The new system did not like 80 or 62.
Do you have any suggestions on how to get this paid when our surgeon was the assisting??? Thanks so much for your time.

Assistant at surgery and co surgeon is not allowed on 33213. Only one surgeon can bill this.
