Intubation with critical care

When a combitube is used for esophageal tracheal intubation, would CPT® 31500 be assigned along with the critical care code or is there a more appropriate code to describe this intubation service?

99291-25 and 31500, will be fine.

The time of the critical care should not include time spent in the intubation. But 31500 is not bundled into critical care.
