Billing for therapy at a different office

I work at an outpatient clinic that does mental health therapy and counseling. One of our clinicians is going to start seeing patients at a pediatrician's office in another town. They want to bill her patients. Do I need to set up that location as another facility in our EMR? Can I just bill as regular office visits? We use CPT® 90834 most frequently.
