85610 and flu vaccine

I was wondering is there a special way to bill an 85610 and the flu vaccine together?Does it need a 25 modifier?

Code 85610-QW is for “Prothrombin time” and should be used for monitoring prothrombin times for patients on anticoagulation therapy.
Should not report modifier -25. BTW, modifier -25 can only go on an E/M code (when appropriate)

I am using the QW modifier was just wondering if anything else needed to be added if billed together with flu vaccine code Q2038. Thanks Again!
