New Patient

Pt is new to our practice and we scheduled the pt for Physical Exam. Pt have other problem on the same DOS, so doc did an office call. Do I have to use 99386 with 99202- 25 or I can't bill an office call bcoz its part of the physical exam for new pt?

Yes you may report 99202/25 if there is a separate problem encountered.
