Nurse Vist with a Urology procedure

Our urology practice has patients who come in for Gentamicin injections with a bladder instillation. I've received charges that indicate the patient is coming back for subsequent services with no face to face with the urologist and the nurse is performing the 51700/J1580 service.

I'm looking for verification that this should only be a nurse 99211 visit only.
