I need some help! My doctoe did an external iliac artery to anterior tibial artery bypass using a cryopresserved saphenous vein. (CryoLife). I cannot find code that does this long of a bypass. Any suggestion? Thanks a milion.

You might have to use an unlisted code. Payers have varying policies on CryoLife for lower extremity bypass.
