Child Protection Center billing

With grant money drying up due to State cuts we are looking at charging for services we have not charged for in the past.

We have 3 forensic interviewers at a Child Protection Center who are eligible to be credentied with carriers. Once complete we want to charge for the phsycho-social assessment that is done during the first hour of the patients visit to the clinic. The only code I can find for the interview service is 90801/90802.
We then charge the physician/NP service for the HX, exam and MDM portion of the visit with an office E&M.

We currently do not charge a room fee/facility fee but are exploring that subject as a possible source of revenue.

Please anybody who does billing and coding for a CPC clinic your input would be very helpful.
