Coding an ERCP

I am having trouble coding ERCPs. I am using 43274 and 43276 and my billing software is stating that I am incorrectly coding them but offers no other explanation. HELP!!!

see the parenthetical note for 43276 (Do not report 43276 in conjunction with 43274 for stent placement or exchange in the same duct) I am still in the 2014 book but sure this is still a current rule.
If someone has a current 2015 CPT® book - check the accuracy of the code/note.

I'm not billing the two codes together. I am billing them separately for different patients. As far as I can see, I am using supporting ICD9 codes but I am getting a procedure/crosswalk error message
