Permission to use for teaching

I am a coding instructor and wondering if I need to get permission to have my students sign up for Codapedia in my classes to search all of the wonderful resources, see how to network with professonals, and view the ICD-10 information?
I did not see any other way to see permission. Please let me know if this would fit within the limitations set of your copyright.
