ICD-10 Chpt 9,Part 2 Problem

Cannot get passed the initializing phase of the latest icd-10 chapter (chpt 9, part 2). It makes it about 75% and stops. If this is not the right place to report a problem, please let me know where to go in the future. Thanks you for your help in this matter. PLE

The video seems fine from here. In situations like these, most times its a browser, or firewall setting. Before we diagnose too far, is there a way you can try on another computer, not on the same network as the one you're on now? Or, if at home, on another computer in the house?
