Hospital days after delivery

We have had patient's stay in the hospital for varies reasons after they delivery and the insurance is denying them for global (even after I submit with notes supporting that the patient HAD to stay in the hospital).

I am not sure if I have to write off the visits or if there is a way that I can bill the days where the Dr. Can get paid for seeing her and doing rounds on her.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
